Dheeraj Sharma is Director at the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, Haryana. He is also a professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (on leave). He has taught at numerous educational institutions, including in Europe, Asia and North America. Dr Sharma has a doctoral degree with a major in marketing and a double minor in psychology and quantitative analysis from Louisiana Tech University. Dr Sharma has authored over 100 research papers in leading international journals and conferences. He has published eight books, including one with SAGE. Some of his books are Principles of Marketing; Business to Business Marketing; Leadership Lessons From Military (SAGE Publications); Consumer Behaviour: A Managerial Perspective; Cross-Cultural Perspective in Global Marketplace; Proceedings of Academy of Marketing Science; Global Business; and Swinging the Mandate: Developing and Managing a Winning Campaign. Dr Sharma continues to serve as a board member in several PSUs and public limited companies.
