Dr. Eugene Dokes is a War on Terror Navy Veteran who joined the military only one week after graduating high school at the age of 17. His enthusiasm in entrepreneurship began when he established a real estate investment company in the early 2000's. Dokes later became a broker and began his own real estate sales agency while simultaneously venturing into a number of other entrepreneurial practices. Extensively interested in politics, Dokes served public office in both St. Louis County, MO and St. Charles County MO. He also served on the Missouri Advisory Board for the U.
S. Commission on Civil Rights. While serving in these capacities Dokes paid grave attention to the responsibilities that local government holds in relation to the economy and the protection of its citizens. His understanding of business and the economy deepened as he earned his Bachelors in Business Administration with minors in Psychology, Sociology, and Management from Columbia College. Dr. Dokes later earned his MBA from Lindenwood University and finally his PhD in Organization Management from Capella University. While there he deeply immersed himself in studies that focused on entrepreneurship and government policy.
