Teaching Learners with Special Educational Needs is a course designed to help teachers develop their understanding of special educational needs, and enhance the knowledge and skills necessary to create an inclusive learning environment. Teachers are supported throughout the course, enabling them to adapt materials, set targets for learners, and create an inclusive learning environment through a fuller understanding ofthe types of SEN and the impact they have on learning.This six module course balances theory and methodology, with topics ranging from planning and collaboration to inclusive assessment. The course takesapproximately 30 hours to complete, and couples engaging content with opportunities for reflection and discussion with teachers around the world.
