Doris, Rita, Lily and Betty are drifting into retirement in the small town of Brownville, Vermont when Betty starts to act a bit strange. Suddenly she's having a series of one night stands, including one that ends abruptly when her paramour dies in the act. Discovering he is a leading candidate for the Vice President of the United States, the women decide to not call the police, but to get him back to his campaign instead. But things go sideways in a big way. They end up embarking on a hilarious road trip to Washington DC with the corpse, and Betty's friend 'Frankie', who happens to be a dildo. Chased by the Feds and by Sandy Case and Jim Jim, a reporter and police officer from Brownville, VT they navigate the perils of the road and of the big city of Washington DC.
