CHARACTER WITH THE CARSONS is a fictional series that follows the Carson family as they glorify Jesus Christ in all that they do. In BOOK 3, you will be encouraged to live life genuinely for Jesus Christ as you read how Phillip experienced a perilous encounter during his mission trip to Cuba; how Gram's suggestion inspired Eleanor to sell handmade purses; and how their close friends, Ken and Beth Porter, grappled with the aftermath of a devastating fire. The Carson family seeks God to learn deference, dependability, determination, diligence, discernment, endurance, enthusiasm, faith, flexibility, and hospitality. Each part ends with a Character Reflection section with three questions that will challenge and encourage you. The Character Reflection questions may be used for Christ centered family discussions, Youth Groups or Books Clubs. This series is to build up strong believers, share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, assist in discipling youth, and edifying the body of Christ. The series follows the Carson family over 16 years of their life. Written for children ages 8 to 14 years old as an example of living for Christ, loving the brethren, and having a Christ centered family.
