Peter J. Marzano was born to Irish and Italian immigrant parents in New York City's Greenwich Village. His family moved to Staten Island in the 1950s, where he attended Community College. After working for NY Tel and completing a four-year construction apprenticeship, he began a career in sales and sales management for divisions of General Dynamics, United Technologies, and AT&T, where he traveled nationally and internationally for forty-five years. In 1997, while working at AT&T, he received a master's degree from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts.Marzano, who married his high school sweetheart, is a father of four and grandfather to eleven. When not writing, he enjoys golfing and photography. His debut novel, "Litany of Sorrows," was released in 2021.

"Search and Deception, a sequel, in 2022. His third book, "Taken from Carinhall," another sequel, was released in June 2024.
