Ronni L. Gordon , PhD, is a prominent author of foreign language textbooks and instructional multimedia courses, including more than 40 titles in Spanish and other languages. She taught Spanish language at Harvard University and Spanish language and Spanish American literature at Boston University and Cornell University, where she was one of the first scholars to give a college course on Spanish American women writers. She has consulted on states' K-12 academic standards for world languages, presented at the United States Department of Education, and read for the National Endowment for the Humanities. She focuses on Latino community engagement through chamber music concerts and education outreach as part of Dolce Suono Ensemble's award-winning "Música en tus Manos" project. David M. Stillman , PhD, is a well-known author of foreign language textbooks and instructional multimedia courses with a bibliography that includes titles in Spanish, French, Italian, and German. He was on faculty at The College of New Jersey where he taught Spanish, French, Italian, Hebrew, and linguistics and coordinated an innovative program of student-led oral proficiency practice.
He has consulted on states' K-12 academic standards for world languages and has been appointed to national committees devoted to the improvement of teacher training. He was founding president of Multilingua, a company that provided foreign language instruction and translation services to the business community and English language instruction to immigrant communities.
