In the Beginning
In the beginning, there was nothing. At least in the Solar System, situated deep in the Milky Way Galaxy, that is. There was nothing as far as Yahweh, or Allah, or Brahma, or Ganesha, or Mirwxf, or Baal, any of the Buddhist gods, or any of about five hundred other different names for whoever was in charge of a little speck of nothing planet called Earth was concerned. The Hare Krishnas, the Mormons and the Scientologists wouldn't join the party until several million years later.
