Herbert Kean is a restorationist and long-time collector of antique tools. has written over 70 articles for various antiques journals. He has, as well, written the section on tools for the encyclopedia The New Book of Knowledge, and has appeared on the History Channel's documentary on antique tools. Mr. Kean is a member of many antique tool groups and is recognized by local and national museums as an authority on antique tools and their pricing.
