Mark Ashley Sellers, Jr has been writing about his real-life experiences and search for the truth for 65 years. His interests have a unique and deeply broad range: endangered snakes, swamps, conservation, sports, memorabilia, music, Bob Dylan, church reform, theology, other primitive and world religions, civil rights, community organizing, agency services, social change, politics, urban and rural life, problem resolution, literature, male-female relations and many others.He has written three other 2011 books, "The Boy Went Down to the Creek," "Searching for America's Rarest Animals in the Wild" and "Her Name was Linda." He is the subject of "The Old Man and the Swamp." by John Sellers, 2011Mark has also written many journal articles, academic theses and extensive, authoritative reports to the US Fish and Wildlife service and State agencies.He has a BA, Literature, University of North Carolina; BA and MA, World and Comparative Religions, the George Washington U., DM, Social Theology, Union Theological Seminary, NYC and BS, Wildlife, Grand Valley State University. In this book, he recalls his baseball and other experiences as a kid to the present.
He is retired and writing his memoirs.
