John C. Burton is a bar management consultant in Northern California; assisting bar owners to set up and furnish new establishments; aiding fairgrounds, and other organizations, viewing and revamping existing service policies and procedures; having provided curriculum development for vocational bartending schools across the United States; consulting for caterers, Sonoma County wineries, and local Casinos, etc.In addition to his business interest Burton is a current member and former President of the Northwestern Antique Bottle Collectors Club, on the Board of Directors of the 49er Chapter of the Beer Can Collectors of America, and is an active supporter of local museums and historical organizations, and their activities. Following years of diligent study and collection, John Burton is an acknowledged as a leading authority on the Grace Brothers brewery (1897 ? 1966) Santa Rosa, California and pre-Prohibition Sonoma County breweries and soda bottlers. Burton?s extensive collection of bartender guides (Among the largest and rarest in the U.S.A.), beer, whiskey, soda, and Sonoma County memorabilia are rated as museum quality and has been reviewed by members of the Antique Roadshow and the San Francisco California Historical Society.
