Qiuyi Li is the deputy chief engineer at China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd., an expert at China Railway Construction Corporation, and serves as the deputy director of the Hubei Key Laboratory. He holds the titles of Doctor and Professorate Senior Engineer, specializing in track design and technology research and development for high-speed railways and urban rail transit. He has 2 National Science and Technology Progress awards, published two monographs, authored eight standards and specifications, and obtained 32 invention patents, 66 utility model patents, and 11 software copyrights.
