Dr J Valmai Cook is a consultant radiologist and radiology lead for Queen Mary's Hospital for Children (QMHC). She undertakes a full range of imaging in children and has a special interest in radiation protection . doses at QMHC are well below the national reference levels for children. Kaye Shah is superintendent radiographer for pediatric imaging at Queen Mary's Hospital for Children (QMHC). Mr A. Stewart Whitley is a trained radiographer, lecturer and radiology advisor. He has represented radiography in a variety of roles including Radiographer Advisor on the England Department of Health Radiology Advisory Group in the 1980s and Vice President for UKRC in 2004 and 2005 heading Service Delivery. He was radiographer lead for the Society and College of Radiographers in the development of standards for the National Radiology Accreditation Programme.
