Peter W. Culp is a partner with Squire Patton Boggs in Phoenix, Arizona. He was formerly project manager at the Sonoran Institute for the State Trust Lands Project and the Institute's attorney for programs. Andy Laurenzi is the Southwest Field Representative for Archaeology Southwest where he manages the cultural resource protection efforts in Arizona and New Mexico.
