Jessica Ecker , Esq., joined Weibrecht Law, PLLC after spending close to eight years working at a larger firm where she focused on family law but also handled real estate matters, probate litigation, guardianships, and commercial transactions. Spending time working in other practice areas has made her into a well-rounded family law practitioner and mediator, as family law often intersects with bankruptcy, business law, estate planning, and other areas of the law. Ecker is a certified marital mediator and trained collaborative law practitioner, and is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. Her experience also includes complicated divorce and parenting cases involving multiple-day trials and family business division. Ecker has served as President of the Rockingham County Bar Association and continues as a member, she is a member of the New Hampshire Collaborative Law Alliance, and also volunteers with the Seacoast Kiwanis Club, a volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of children. She also currently serves as a board member of the New Hampshire Conflict Resolution Association. Dana E.
Prescott was licensed to practice law in Maine and Massachusetts in 1983 and in 2005 he became a licensed LMSW in Maine. He is a Fellow of the International and American Academies of Matrimonial Lawyers and has maintained a private practice representing parents and children. Dana has served as President of the New England Bar Association and the Maine State Bar Association, and is a former chair of the MSBA's Family Law Section. Mr. Prescott resides in Saco, Maine.
