Deborah D. Williams is a Christian on the move and the founder of the Sister Can You Hear Me organization, in Jacksonville, Florida. Deborah's mission and purpose is to educate women of all walks of life concerning Domestic Violence. She wants to instill in them that they are unique and that they can master the fear of abuse.
