My name is Lasca Young. I married Neil Young in 2012 and our lives changed drastically as we began our journey to healing from pornography in 2015. Neil was able to heal from pornography and I was able to heal from the trauma but we had many different types of mentors to actually attain our goal for healing. We not only had therapists and group programs but we also invested in mindset mentors who knew exactly how the brain works and how to update your subconscious programming. This was the most important part of our healing process and that is what we share in this book.
