This book is mainly focused on climate change over Southeast Asia and its adjacent regions under the background of global warming. Based on the observational experiments, data diagnoses, theoretical analyses, and simulation studies, many innovative aspects about the land-air-sea interactions have been discussed. Using various maps to illustrate and by employing unique CFRAM (The climate feedback response analysis method), it includes (1) the transition characteristics and mechanisms of the spring-summer atmospheric circulation systems, (2) air-sea interactions and climate variability, (3) climate effects of the Tibetan Plateau, (4) feedback attributions of local climate changes and its impact on the global climate, and (5) seasonal-to-subseasonal (S2S) climate prediction over Southeast Asia and the adjacent regions. It provides an in-depth analysis of climate dynamics and summarizes the latest research findings over these regions.
