Two men, as a father and a son, begin a killing spree in the Arlington area. Young women are the victims. The killers use dumpsters to dispose of these victims. As the police gather evidence, Detective Adam Johnson is assigned to the case, having previously solved the murders connected to "The Jezebel Killer." Unlike his previous case, Johnson's pursuit of these two killers bring him into a game, in which only the killers know the rules of play.
