Sarah Jane Wilson was born and brought up in North West London. After a mid-life crisis in which she lost most things, including her sanity, she embarked upon a Creative Writing degree at the London Metropolitan University, commuting for hours with a broken foot from her adopted home in Oxfordshire. With a background in public relations, marketing and hospitality, Sarah has written about most things including concrete and myxomatosis and had her articles published in everything from trade magazines to the national press. She now specialises in natural health, wellbeing, culture and the arts with a social/community twist.Sarah lives in rural Oxfordshire with a rescued Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Smurf who, when not playing in the river Thames, can usually be found with Sarah's feet under her battered writing desk.
