Jack Riley, wrongly serving a prison sentence in Dartmoor Prison, makes his escape by hijacking the helicopter involved in the search for him. He ditches the aircraft on Ilkley Moor, but his problems get worse when he is mistaken for his cousin, Clint Baxter. He becomes trapped, by blood-ties, in a deadly plot.
