Karen Y. Williams, also known as The Dividend Diva, is a government executive and small business owner.She is a passionate advocate of financial literacy. She especially enjoys teaching women and diverse communities. Karen is a graduate of the University Wisconsin and Clark Atlanta University. She received her financial planning education from Rice University, but attributes much of her financial success to the guidance of her parents, especially her mom. Karen, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a life member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., where she has served locally, regionally, and internationally.

She resides in Texas with her husband, Dr. Santana Williams, and their two amazing children.
