Over the years, Jason White has served the community in multitude of prestigious positions, to include platoon leader in a combat theater, company commander, mid-level manager in state government, co-founder and chief executive officer of a large multi-million dollar non-profit organization, gubernatorial appointee, pro temp, and later elected, board chair of the Maine Educational Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing school board. Today, Dr. White serves as faculty in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Southern Maine, and as president of his research firm, PREP Group, LLC. When not actively engaged in research, Jason can be found on the beautiful coast of Maine, with his wife and beach-bum children.
