This is the 2nd volume of full color reprints of the complete Torchy stories, presented in order, from Doll Man, Modern Comics, and Torchy, originally published between 1946 and 1953 by Quality Comics. She was created by Bill Ward. Included in this volume are her stories from Doll Man #12-14 and Modern Comics #60-67 (1947). These are full color reprints of the complete stories from those issues, reproduced from scans of original vintage comic books, which may reflect the imperfections of genuine books that are over 70 years old.
