This is the two-volume boxed set containing the monograph The Governance of Occupied Territory in Contemporary International Law (Volume 1, ISBN 9781849462075) and the accompanying volume of documents on the occupation of Iraq, The Official Documents of the Coalition Provisional Authority and the Iraqi Governing Council (Volume 2, ISBN 9781841136424). The invasion and occupation of Iraq rank among the most controversial and complex issues in international law in recent history.
