Elaine Tai (she/her) is a librarian with strong interests in social justice and lifelong learning, often seen pushing informative books and events on anyone who will listen (check out library events - they're great!). She has been lucky to work on award committees for the Asian Pacific American Librarians Association and Global Literature in Libraries Initiative, as well as dabble in various other professional engagements. She is a book-lover, wannabe-patron-of-the-arts, and a [very] amateur artist. She lives in the SF Bay Area with her curmudgeonly cat Neko.Kai Kwong (she/they) is an SF Bay Area-based designer and illustrator with a passion for creating colorful and emotionally honest work. Their expertise is primarily in commercial branding and package design, but they also appreciate a good project that offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and spread an important message. Kai spends her free time appreciating birds, hunting down vintage Ikea furniture, and chasing her cat around the house (much to the possible irritation of the neighbors).
