15 Lessons in 15 Years! We are Nextions, a global consulting firm specializing in Leadership and Inclusion, and we are celebrating our 15th anniversary in 2014! We have been fortunate to work with some of the best companies, firms and organizations in the world, and this is our ode to them and all (or at least some!) of what they have taught us about the joys of living, working, and learning in today's crazy world. We have selected the top 15 lessons that we have learned in the last 15 years, and just to be characteristically rebellious, we included 5 additional lessons that didn't officially make it past the professionalism censors. We are grateful for the gift that each of our clients and everyone in our learning community gives us every day by including us as partners in their leadership and inclusion journeys, and this is our loud, colorful, mostly serious THANK YOU to these amazing teachers!.
