Glenn Stout served as Editor of The Best American Sports Writing from its inception and is Founding Editor of The Year's Best Sports Writing. The author, editor and/or ghostwriter of more than 100 award-winning and best-selling books, his titles include Red Sox Century , Yankees Century , Nine Months at Ground Zero , Fenway 1912 , The Pats , and Tiger Girl and the Candy Kid: America's Original Gangster Couple. A citizen of both the United States and Canada, Stout also consults on a wide variety of editorial projects including features, proposals and manuscripts. He lives on Lake Champlain in Vermont.
