Keith Still teaches the principles and applications of the crowd sciences (mathematical and behavioural modelling of crowds in built and complex spaces) around the world. For over 25 years he has developed crowd simulations, developed and taught Level 5 (Foundation Degree), Level 6 (BA Hons Degree) and now an online Level 7 (MSc) course. He is the Professor of Crowd Science at Manchester Metropolitan University delivering the MSc programme in Crowd Safety and Crowd Risk Analysis. Chris Kemp, a former rock promoter and University Pro-Vice Chancellor provides crowd management consultancy to major companies around the world and delivers immersive and scenario based learning through his company at both under and postgraduate levels. Using the principles of dynamics and management he facilitates their application in the workplace as well as using the theory in a range of consultancy projects. He is Professor of Public Policy at Edinburgh Napier University. Keith has worked with Chris for over 20 years in both the teaching and application of theory into practice.
