This book shows that the Israeli ruling class of billionaires and generals and politicians, and the earlier leaders of the movement to create a Jewish state in Palestine, have had, since the days of the Holocaust, contempt for ordinary Jews, demonstrated by--among many other things--their sabotaging of efforts to rescue Jews from the Nazis that didn't send the Jews to Palestine. The Israeli ruling class oppresses ordinary Jews in Israel just as the United States ruling class oppresses ordinary people in the U.S. Israeli rulers have carried out ethnic cleansing of non-Jews (Palestinians) from the 78% of Palestine now called Israel for one reason only: to make Palestinians angry at the Jewish state, falsely portray that anger as anti-Semitism, and thereby use the Palestinians as a bogeyman enemy in an Orwellian war of social control to frighten ordinary Israeli Jews into submission to the billionaire ruling class that is their real enemy.This book also shows that the United States ruling class, and the ruling classes of the other Middle East nations and Hamas also benefit from Israel's ethnic cleansing of Palestinians because it helps them maintain their grip on power over "their own" people. This book shows that most ordinary people in Palestine (including the part called Israel) want the opposite of what the ruling elites (Jewish and non-Jewish alike) want; they want society to be based on equality and mutual aid, not domination by privileged and powerful elites who control people by pitting them against each other along religious or ethnic lines.
