This is my first attempt at combining short stories I wrote many years ago into one volume. I call it, "A Collection of Short Stories, Volume 1" There are three short stories included in this volume: Talking with Miss Emily, Jason's Dilemma, and The Elevator The stories couldn't be any more different. Each stand on its own, and originally begun as a full novel, but after I reached the end of each of these stories, I could see that no more would help the story. Each story ended right there, at the end, without adding fluff to make it a longer story. Therefore, I hope you enjoy this collection, which is volume 1. Volume 2 is well on its way to being completed. You get three books for the price of one, a real savings in these hard times. Enjoy.
