The author's zest for life.since a young 11-year-old boy growing up at La Posta Quemada Ranch, Arizona and where he started working at Colossal Cave. He learned many things from his cowboy and Apache friends.constantly searching for Geronimo's gold. A year later, his family moved to California. His un-willingness to give up and courage in tackling new and dramatic changes after he left a profession that fascinated him as a young police officer in Oxnard, California due to an injury-all for one purpose, to make this a better world than the one he was born in to. In that goal, he has succeeded, and realized many dreams thereafter. By showing us the inherent strength of our nation's diversity, a concept that is not to be feared but indeed to be embraced, by offering solutions that have so vexed our politicians, by showing the interconnectedness of all peoples and just how interrelated our world is.

Dr.Pinzon, with great humor and an unabashed love of his fellow man, illuminates a path, particularly for young people seeking fulfillment, regardless of whatever burdens they may carry.Chapter 1: A Promise. There are many times when I wish politicians, NGOs or non-profit organization managers, governments, and the wealthy could share in those significant moments when I have been with those who are truly needy. If they could see what I have seen.whether they be in Africa, Asia-India, Latin America, or here at home. By understanding these elements that choke the human spirit.Chapter 2: Decisions in Life.

The further I got involved, the more lessons I learned that motivated me to continue with this volunteer work. I became a mentor to young, high-risk boys at "Hands on Miami" until the program was canceled in 2011 due to a lack of funds.Chapter 3. My Family's Story:Some of my stories in this book have a common denominator with many Mexican or Latino families who emigrated to the United States.Chapter 4. Years in College. I searched for good causes to occupy whatever free time I had available. I became involved with social activist Cesar Chavez and accompanied him on several marches and strikes in Oxnard, Delano, Bakersfield.

Chapter 5. A Cop in California. My pulse immediately started racing. I grabbed the mike and said, "Charles 3, in pursuit of robbery suspect." "10-4," responded the dispatcher.Chapter 6: Corporate Man.I established my credibility with all the distributors and the sales force and learned about the different issues they had with Johnson & Johnson. I took a personal approach to my job.

Chapter 7: An Entrepreneur.I am an idealistic person, but I'm realistic. I have seen great ignorance in many individuals, especially those who are possessed by a negative attitude. Maybe their dreams were frustrated somewhere along the line, and they became angry for one reason or another and stopped growing.Chapter 8: Twenty First Century: Entrepreneurs Must Go Forward.Entrepreneurs have their own qualities. They each developed a leadership style to coincide with whatever their business demanded.learn from the following guidelines.

Chapter 9: Working with the Poor.Successfully working with the poor requires that a person be humble and respectful and motivated by love, not pity. I became involved in the quest to fight poverty as the result of a lifetime promise. I had something substantial to offer. I wanted to cry; I was afraid. I guess, I programmed by mind to die when I realized that I could not do anything. I started to make conversation with the kidnapper who was guarding me in the back seat; I was pleading him.Chapter 10: Issues Facing America.

Our country was developed by extraordinary dreamers, the originators and purest possessors of the American spirit. They were authentic leaders. The wisdom of the founders created a country with laws firm enough to grant stability. Our country requires visionaries of their caliber in order to maintain progress.
