The primary goal, however, is to build tactical roadmaps to make your individual dreams a reality. You answer questions. Brainstorm potential goals. Narrow them down and set intentions for the next three months. This is living document. It is meant to be examined regularly and altered to fit your ever-changing version of a fulfilling, meaningful life.
The workbook is separated into specific categories to help you navigate the most vital parts of your personal identity. You'll learn more about yourself and have the tools to design the path that you were truly made to take. There are a few ways you can work through this book. Set aside the first hour of your day to review the pages. It will take you between one and two weeks. Alternatively, I recommend taking yourself on a one-day retreat alone or with a small group of trusted friends.
