Nine year old Peter Hatcher has one big problem, his naughty little brother, Fudge. Nothing is safe when Fudge is around, not even the tiny green turtle called Dribble he won at a party. Despite Peter's hilarious attempts to keep his pet and his brother apart, Fudge foils Peter's plans and somehow manages to swallow the precious turtle.
