Sam Sedgman is an award-winning, bestselling novelist, and lifelong crime fiction enthusiast. His books include the Adventures on Trains series and Epic Adventures: Explore the World in 12 Amazing Train Journeys. He lives in London, where he once ran a company devising murder mystery treasure hunts. He grew up with a railway line at the bottom of his garden and has been fascinated by trains ever since. Daniel Long is an illustrator based in Norfolk, England, who has been working there since he graduated from college in 2014. His work is heavily influenced by the natural world, whether that be the dinosaurs of the Jurassic period, spider monkeys and jaguars in the Amazon Rainforest, or the kingfishers and otters of his local Norfolk Broads. When not illustrating, Daniel can be found procrastinating, playing guitar, or exploring the coastline with his dog Hendrix.
