Amy Schwartz has written and illustrated a number of classic and award-winning titles, among them Bea and Mr. Jones, a NYT Best Children's Book of the Year; Annabelle Swift, Kindergartner, an SLJ and PW Best Book of the Year; A Teeny Tiny Baby, a New York Times Best Illustrated Book of the Year; Oma and Bobo, an ALA Notable; and What James Likes Best, an ABC Children's Booksellers Choice. Schwartz lives with her family in Brooklyn, New York.
