Alastair Rylatt is acknowledged internationally as one of Australia's leading trainers, strategies, authors and counsellors in human resource development. Since 1986, as Director of Excel Human Resource Development, Alastair has completed several hundred projects with more than one thousand public, private and tertiary sector organisations. In 1994, he became one of the first professionals in Australia to be awarded a fellowship of the Australian Institute of Training and Development for his path-finding and on-going achievements in the industry.
