Almost all the cats in Kenneltown are missing. It's up to Radar to solve the case before the town becomes cat-less. Although, as a dog he wouldn't mind a cat break, this mystery is too big to let go. Radar was born with a curious twitch. There's never been a mystery he couldn't solve. except maybe why his tail wags. With his cone in place his obsession is curbed and he is ready to take on any challenge.
