Bill has lived in Alaska for over 45 years including several Territorial years and has a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences major and a Secondary Education minor from the U. of AK - Fairbanks. With a love of the out-of-doors he has enjoyed Alaska as a single-engine private pilot; a Navy Search and Rescue aircraft navigator in the Aleutian Islands; an Alaska survival instructor; a public and private school teacher; businessman; fisherman; and much more.
