I am a 28 year old guy from a town called Asansol, India. Asansol is a coal mining town in the West Bengal state, near the popular metropolitan Calcutta or Kolkata. As far as I can remember, I have been an avid reader. My interests have varied a lot over the period but now-a-days, they have more or less stabilized into three major areas ~ Fitness & Fat Loss, Success Philosophy & Spirituality.I had always been an obese kid all my life and things became more and more difficult as I moved up and joined college. I struggled to lose weight and tried a varied number of approaches but I failed every time.It was only when I bumped into bodybuilding I came to know that Bodybuilders are the ultimate experts of fat loss. They do it year after year, with stern determination and excellent results.


Every year a bodybuilder will use 8 months to gain weight by eating a lot of food than normal and exercising. Then he/she will spend the next four months to diet and train for the competitive event, where if you have even 100 grams or a couple of ounces of fat more than required, you will be out of the competition. Although the strict & disciplined life of a typical bodybuilder is far fetched for even the 'ripped' Actors and Actresses of this age, I thought that we all could take a few pointers from them when it came to weight loss. I took inspiration from them and created a fat loss diet which suited all tastes and temperaments and also was easy to follow in the long term.The reason that so many failed at losing fat is because the so called 'fat' people could not find a fat loss diet that suited their taste and temperament which, most of the times, led them to abandoning the diet regimen completely. On top of this, mis-information about 'FAT' and food myths created by the diet food industry worked like oil to a fire.I trained a number of my friends and family before coming to a conclusion about the 'secrets of my fat loss'. I found out that we could all customize our food intake in a way that it allowed us to lose more fat and eat our favorite food, at the same time.


As soon as I knew the secret to losing weight permanently, I became anxious to spread it all over the world.I hope that my book will allow my precious readers to become fit and healthy without complications, and on their own terms. No more expensive gyms & trainers. No more supplements. No more starving to lose fat successfully.
