This is the fourth book in the Rapture Series. At three and half years after the disappearance of billions of people in twinkling of an eye, Christopher Barrett (series lead protagonist) finds himself fighting not only for his own survival but for the survival of the Omega team. This fourth book marks a transition where the antagonist Draven Cross has lived through an assassination attempt only to be indwelled by Satan. The world around the characters is increasingly harsh and an obstacle to their existence. This book will set the stage for the dramatic conclusion of the series in the next book (King of Kings) where the forces of good and evil have a final battle.
