Chad Peterman is a second-generation heating, cooling and plumbing expert. He currently lives in the Fountain Square area of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana with his loving wife, Emily. Chad and his brother Tyler Peterman run Peterman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and serve customers in Indianapolis and all surrounding areas. They also operate a satellite location that serves Columbus, Indiana. Chad and Tyler's father started the company back in 1986 and the legacy continues as the two boys now run all operations. Peterman is a company that dares to be different and provide their customers with a level of service not seen before in the industry. Chad and Tyler feel the best way to honor their parents is to continually increase the level of service provided, this book being a prime example.
