Coco's Girls is a humorous look at human relationships through the eyes of two misplaced female dogs, Ritz, an aristocratic, uptown Afghan who got lost in the inner city while on a shopping spree with her owner, and Roxie, a roughneck Rottweiler from the streets. Despite their widely different backgrounds and general disdain for each other, both dogs adore, or at least, tolerate their human, Coco, a smart and sassy single girl who puts up with their drama while searching for their owners, evading the clutches of Mr. Keys, dogcatcher extraordinaire and keeping up with her own life and friends. Coco calls Ritz and Roxie "the Girls" and feels they are twin sides to her own dilemmas about life and love.
