In 1983, Hillary Clinton proposed to the teachers of Arkansas that if they would work an extra five days she would get them a $4,000 raise. Teachers worked the extra days but did not get a raise. When she tried the same thing in 1989, Jim Parsons blocked her plan and lost his job. Hillary used her position to act like a bully.
