Dr Julia Kotlarsky is lecturer in Information Systems, Operations Research and Information Systems Group, Warwick Business School, UK. She holds a PhD in Management and Information Systems from Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus, The Netherlands. Kotlarsky received her MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management at Technicon, Israel. Her main research interests revolve around component based design and social and technical aspects in globally distributed teams. Kotlarsky has written on this subject and her work was presented in various conferences and published in the International Journal of Production Research and the European Journal of Information Systems. Dr. Paul C. Van Fenema is Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus.
He received his MSc and PhD cum laude from Utrecht University and Erasmus University. His research interests focus on globally distributed organizations, in particular inter-organizational Information Systems teams. His work concentrates on coordination, knowledge, and sensemaking processes. He has conducted case studies in over 10 organizations in Europe and the Far East. He was a visiting researcher at Florida International University, and has given academic and executive seminars at a number of institutions worldwide. He has written chapters in international books and articles in many journals and magazines. Dr. Ilan Oshri is Assistant Professor of Strategic Management, Rotterdam School of Management Erasmus, the Netherlands.
Oshri holds a PhD in Strategic Management and Technological Innovations from Warwick Business School. Ilan also holds a Practical Engineer degree in Electrical Engineering. He has led global technology development projects acting as Director of Knowledge Management and Product Developer for engineering companies in the USA and Israel. His main research interest lies in the area of Knowledge Management and Innovation. Oshri acts as an adviser to the European Commission on technology development projects. His work has been widely published in books and journals.
