Patricia Newman serves on the children's ministry team in her local evangelical church in London, UK. She was trained as a lawyer and practised for many years as such; but since the Lord called her to faith, she has been led away from "professional" life, and now joyously focuses her time and energy on those ministries which she believes God has given her. While her primary ministry from the Lord, after being a diligent wife and mother, is gospel­centred children's ministry, Patricia also writes Christian songs, and periodically posts on her blog Fruitful Sojourner (www.fruitfulsojourner.com). She is blessed to be the helpmeet of her husband Steven, and has five sons.
