America lies in ruins. Destroyed by seven high altitude nuclear explosions, the country is now being run by a skeleton government based in Anchorage, Alaska. From there, Kyle Johnson, is dispatched to Australia to undertake a covert mission to help save what remains of America. And it's in Wodonga, Australia, where it all falls apart.
