New and updated features of this title Enhanced series NEW: An HVAC Excellence partnership and endorsement was awarded to NCCER's four-part HVACR program since the last edition. This means the series meets HVAC Excellence accreditation standards and prepares trainees to sit for HVAC Excellence certification tests. NEW: On-the-job case studies throughout the curriculum demonstrate skill performance in the HVACR field. UPDATED: Enhanced electrical safety content ensures trainees can safely interact with electrical systems, across HVACR functions. Level 2 updates NEW: An EPA 608 study guide is included with the Level 2 materials. This guide helps trainees pass the EPA 608 certification exam, which is required for handling refrigerants on the job. REVISED: Content has been reorganized across the series. Level 2 now includes three modules that were previously in Levels 3 and 4: Customer Relations (03316), Fasteners and Hardware (03313) and Indoor Air Quality (03403).
