No matter where Africa is discussed, it's always an elephant in the room. Because each time there is a discussion on Africa, two facts are implied without necessarily being expressed: Africa is mostly Black and developing. The author avouches that what are regarded as Africa's liabilities are, in fact, Africa's assets. "Black and developing" that's a badge of honor and no other peoples on earth share that designation. Whether by divine design or by pure chance, the significance of black is just being rediscovered (even those who used it with negative racial connotations are slowly discovering the power imbedded in color black) and what is developing can only go up; and the 22nd Century is setting an agenda for the unmatched domination of Africa in global affairs. The same way the world flocked to Africa for its raw materials in the 19th Century, as a repeat, it will show up for its brains and prowess in the new century, only this time Africa will be ready and prepared and nothing would hoodwink its brainocrats.
