Dave was born in 1958, born again in 1974, and married Di, the love of his life, in 1981. Together they had three children born in 1984 (David), 1988 (Sarah) and 1994 (Leah), respectively. All three children married remarkable people. Dave and Di have four absolutely delightful and darling granddaughters. Professionally, Dave served various roles over 37 years in the Financial Services and Life Insurance industries. He retired December 31, 2018 in order to apply himself to the work and ministry of Global Leadership Partners, a Non-profit. Dave serves as a Board Member, Management Team Member, Team Leader, Speaker and Mentor. Dave and Di have a home on Norris Lake in Tennessee and a home in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Dave's passions are Jesus, his wife Di, their family, their friends, exploring the outdoors, and reading.
